The order status is as follows, you can add any status you want.

Add new order status

You can add new order statuses and customize the status icons. You can also add an action button if another state in your order flow uses it as the "next state". You can also add a next state to determine which action buttons should be displayed for this state.

Edit core state

Add new order email

New order emails can be added based on order status changes, including custom order status changes. Once these emails are added, they can be edited and enabled in your WooCommerce email list, or templates can be overridden in your theme for more control over the content.
