Enhancements:
Make sure that all URL fields show unencoded URLs after saving, even if user input is saved.
Require all URLs in the URL input field to start with "/" or "http". Props to Tostorovich.

Bug fixes:
Fixed a bug where social URLs containing international characters could not be saved. Props to Tostorovich.
