Which payment gateways does Dokan support?
Dokan offers two payment methods - adaptive and non-adaptive. Dokan Stripe Connect and Dokan Wirecard Connect are adaptive payment gateways. These payment gateways are built-in modules of Dokan Pro and are available in the Dokan Professional software package and above.
The adaptive payment gateway splits the order amount and sends the respective share to the admin and the supplier as soon as the customer places the order. Now Dokan Stripe Connect and Dokan PayPal Marketplace can be used as Adaptive Payment Gateway.
Non-adaptive payment gateways are gateways that use manual payment systems. Once payment is placed for an order, the payment will be sent to the administrator's account and the supplier's earnings will be added to the supplier's withdrawable balance. Therefore, the provider has to manually send the withdrawal request to the administrator. Once the withdrawal request is approved, the supplier will receive their share of the order amount.
